What free recipe manager for Mac, iPhone and iPad?

Hey there beloved!
Im looking for best recipe manager for these devices so I can add recipes on my own on Mac and go to the kitchen cooking with usage of iPad app

What would you recommend? Paprika is shareware... ;/
