Tandoori dumplings

INGREDIENTS For Dough - 2 cup maida/ plain flour/ all purpose flour - ¼ tsp salt (salt to taste) - ½ cup water

For Stuffing - grated soya bean / neutral - chopped onion - grated ginger - 1tbsp soya sauce - 2tsp vinegar - desi ghee - Ajinomoto (optional) - 2 green chilli - salt to taste - 1tbsp coriander (optional) For Marinating - ½ cup curd / yogurt, thick - garlic paste - turmeric - kashmiri red chilli - lal mirch powder - garam masala - food color (optional) - kasuri methi - lemon juice - salt to taste - chat masala - oil for frying
