How to Make Guacamole

This recipe is suitable for Paleo, Gluten Free, Sugar Free, Vegan diets

Ingredients:

•½ onion

•1 tomato

•1 avocado

•¼ teaspoon salt

•½ teaspoon chili powder

Instructions: - Cut the avocado in half and remove the seed, scoop out the flesh with a spoon - Crush the avocado with a fork or in a blender. Add the onions, tomatoes and spices. - Refrigerate for at least half an hour.
