I have used a recipe previously with walnuts and dried cherries but he has pretty simple taste and is not a fan of cherries so i'm thinking of just making some chocolate walnut fudge. Anyone have a super amazing walnut fudge recipe that will keep well being mailed to someone? He is away currently.
