Spanish Omelette

A very healthy breakfast.

Ingredients

6 - Eggs

1 - Potato

2 Tsp - Olive oil

1/2 - Onion

1 - Green Chili

To taste - Salt

To taste - Red Chili Powder

1/4 Tsp - Black pepper powder

1 - Capsicum

Method

  • Fine chop green chili, & cut Potatoes, Capsicum & Onions in small cubes

  • Take Oil in a pan, & add potatoes & let it fry for3-4mins

  • Now add capsicum, onion & green chili. Saute it

  • Saute the vegetables till it becomes brownish. After that put it off the stove.

  • Now out of 6 eggs, take one whole egg & 5 egg whites & beat it properly.

  • Add Salt, Red Chili Powder, black pepper powder & beat it again thoroughly

  • Add the above eggs, on to the Sauted Vegetables

  • Preheat the Oven at 180 degrees Celsius

  • Cover the pan, & keep it in the pre-heated oven. Bake it for 15-20mins.

  • Your healthy Spanish omelette is ready.
