Cajun Chicken & Chorizo Penne Alfredo

Pasta dishes are good options for week night meals as they are typically easy to make and very filling as well. This recipe falls into those categories. The chicken and Chorizo mix extremely well together in a wonderful creamy sauce. The Cajun spice adds just the right amount of mild spiciness to the dish. Add in a good amount of garlic, mix through some parmesan and how can you go wrong? This is a great week night meal that doesn’t require too much effort.
