Ingredients Oven drumsticks PREHEAT THE OVEN TO 375F 4 pounds of drumsticks.DON"T SKIN! salt 2 packets of onion dip (ex: Lipton onion dip mix) 2 cans(4 cup) of chicken broth Mashed potatoes with gravy. 7 medium potatoes(a bit more than 2 lb)peeld and quartered 2tsp of salt and pepper 1cup of milk 2tbsp of unsalted butter(if salted put 1 tsp less of salt) Dripping from chicken later. 1/2 cup of flour and 1 cup of cold water mixed. Chicken 1. Prepare a pan large enough and put the drumsticks. 2. Mix in onion mix packets and broth. Pour over the drumsticks evenly. Lightly sprinkle salt over drumsticks 3. Put it in oven, bake it for 45 minutes. Then, flip the chickens, spoon the liquids over the chicken to avoid dry meat. Bake for 35 minutes again. 4. About 10 minutes before you are done baking for 2nd round, boil potatoes until you can skewer it easily. 5. Take out the chicken and pour the dripping liquid in separate pot. Bring the liquid to gentle boil, and add the water/flour mix. Boil it until it's thick enough to cover a ladle like clothes. Reducing it too much will result in too thick sauce. 6. For potatoes, mash it and mix it with milk and butter. 7. Eat the chicken and pour dat gravy on mashed potato!
