What is your favorite beef ragu recipe? I would like to make it this weekend, but our oven is broken so I need to make it in the crockpot.

Running a gas line for our new oven, and until then I am limited to stovetop and crockpot.

I want to make pasta with beef ragu this weekend. What is your favorite recipe?

Also, what cut of beef is best? I am seeing flank steak and chuck roast primarily.
