Pretty much the title.
I am going to grill tomorrow for the first time in years and wanted to see if there are good Beef Tri-Tip marinades you might know.
I was thinking of going with something simple:
- Pepper
- Olive oil
- Garlic
- Onions
- Thyme
- Rosemary
Any additions/changes you think could go well?
