Easy, Healthy & Natural Homemade Peanut Butter! A superfood for your weight management goals!

Ingredients : Raw Peanuts

Equipments required :

 •Frying pan •Stove •Mixer grinder 

Preparation time : 30 minutes max

Directions :

•Roast 500g of raw peanuts in a frying pan for 10 to 15 minutes until it turns dark and you can smell the aroma.

•Once roasting is done allow it to cool down and then remove the skin.

•Now it's time to grind it in a mixer grinder. Use minimum 750 watts grinder for smooth grinding.

•Usually 3 rounds of grinding is required. In the first round it is converted to powder. Now stir it evenly and grind again. In the second round the oil start to secrete and the paste start forms. Stir evenly and grind again. In the third round the paste gets the butter texture and the peanut butter is ready.

•Store it in an air tight container.

Note : You can add honey or banana for sweet when you eat peanut butter sandwich or other dishes.
