I made fried chicken using an air fryer but the insides were bland and unappetising.
I read on an older post that using a vinegar brine with seasoning for 24 hours leads to evenly flavored fried chicken. Seasoning brine and the flour is a good practice as week.
What seasonings can we add to the brine? Can we use buttermilk instead? Is there any recipe which you have followed to the T and had fully flavored Fried Chicken?
Need advice as I am trying to eat healthy and order less takeout. Air fried chicken seems like a great option.
