Everyday Dinner

So being a chef that’s left the field and works behind a desk I find it harder and harder to make every night meals that aren’t extravagant or in the comfort food category (lots of chicken adobo, hayashi rice, beef curry, Thai curry etc on the comfort food side).

What do yo make during the week that is outside of the comfort food category that wouldn’t be so indulgent?
