Hello, I'm curious if anyone has any hot sauce marinade recipes for either beef or chicken. My gf and I love spicy, hot foods, and I don't cook often but to find a recipe that is easy and flavorful, would be awesome and much appreciated. Probably going to cook the meat in a cast iron pan, if that helps or changes anything. Any ideas?
