Recently I was at a music festival and one of the food trucks were selling Mexican food. I bought some quesadillas that came with a sauce/dip. I don't know what kind of sauce/ dip it was, but damn it was good and I really need it's recipe. The sauce/dip was very refreshing and slightly sweet, it was clear (?) and had green bits in it (OR it was light green). That's all I know. Any kind of help/recipes will be greatly appreciated!
