Apologies if this isn’t the right place to ask, but I didn’t see anything in the sidebar/rules about asking questions or searching for a recipe. Also, I’m sorry for any formatting issues as I’m typing on mobile.
I’m looking for a Spicy Chicken Scallopini recipe. I can find regular chicken scallopini recipes but this one in particular has a spicy kick to the sauce. It’s one of my boyfriends favorite dishes (I’m not a huge fan of it, not my favorite anyway) and I’m wanting to cook this for him one night as a thank you.. for him being the man he is with me. This is a dish at a local Italian restaurant but I couldn’t very well ask them for their recipe and my idea of making things spicy may ruin it. If someone could point me in the right direction for this recipe, I’d be forever grateful. Or a way to alter the plain recipe to be spicy and flavorful (and not be ruined by me).
And again, if this isn’t the right place to ask for a recipe, can someone point me in the right direction for that? All the other subreddits didn’t seem like it’s really fall under what I was needing to ask.
