Just did groceries, looking for new ideas for healthy cooking and eating! I think I overstepped once again :((((

Title should say "Overshopped" not overstepped. Though I did overstep by overshopping, ha!

***Looking for some recipes to utilize all these fresh veggies***

For pork/beef recipes, I might need some extra info on how to know its ready to eat or fully and safely cooked. Thanks in advance!!!

Some things I already have:

onions

garlic

spices

potatoes

bread crumbs

pasta

Aldi flavored couscous

butter, etc.

I have some things in the fridge/freezer already. In particular, today I shopped for:

Chicken breasts

Hot Italian Sausage

Cured Thick ham

Broccoli

brown portobello mushrooms

Lettuce

Green beans

Baby bokchoy

zuccini

tomatoes

celery

small sweet peppers

avocado (Not yet ripen)

italian parseley

cilantro

oranges

apple

banana

strawberries

Got pork loin in the freezer from almost a month ago. I hope it's still okay to use? I originally purchased it for some lettuce wraps but since I couldn't find the boston/butter lettuce, it just kind of stayed in the freezer.
