After waking up with a cold and sitting in the sun for awhile, it was time to make lemonade.
Ingredients
1/2 tablespoon cayenne pepper
1/2 tablespoon thyme
1/2 tablespoon salt
5 lemons
Recipe
When adding some sugar, heat a bit of water in the microwave in a small bowl and dissolve your sugar before adding to the mix.
Finally add a lot of ice and water until the desired palette is achieved.

Lemonade is best served in a glass pitcher in the summertime. A lemon contains potassium. When salt is added, electrolytes are generated which provides nourishment for the body. Lemons provide vitamin C, fiber, and prevent kidney stones.
Drinking lemonade is a great excuse to stay healthy. According to the Institute of Medicine, men should drink 15 cups of liquid a day and women should drink 11. According to the Journal of Human Nutrition and Dietetics: a longitudinal study on over 18,000 participants over 7 years, it found individuals that drank more water ate and weighed less.
