Simple Shortbread

125g of Butter 55g of Caster Sugar 180g of Plain Flour I find that this is the perfect mix of ingredients for a shortbread. Light, soft and buttery! Garnish the shortbread with extra caster sugar. Shape into fingers, balls or whatever shape you want. Preheat oven to 190c/375F/Gas mark 5 Bake for 15-20 mins until a pale golden brown is formed on the shortbread!
