Sorry if this is the wrong place to post this but I need some help!
I started making a double recipe for chocolate torte, I've made it before but for whatever reason I royally screwed up, probably holiday stress. Anyway, instead of creaming the eggs and sugar together I did sugar and butter and then added the eggs. Totally wrong consistency.
I started over and the new torte is looking fine but now I have a bowl with a mixture of 12 eggs, 3 sticks of butter, and a cup of sugar. I would hate for this to go to waste, especially right before Thanksgiving. Does anyone have any recipes or suggestions so I can use this?
