I have about 25 people coming over for Turkey Day this year and I want to make lobster mac and cheese as a side. I have 3 boxes of medium shell macaroni ( 16 oz each ) 4 boxes of the Velveeta shells and cheese ( 12 oz each ), I got this because the cheese sauce is my favorite , I wanted to add different types of cheeses so I got 16 oz of Swiss and 8 oz of sharp cheddar. As for the protein I have 5-3 oz lobster tails and 2 other lobster tails that weigh in at 1.5 lbs. I also want to throw bacon into it. If anyone can help me out that'd be awesome!
