No Bake Biscuit & Chocolate Cake

Its quick & easy to make and on the other hand tastes yummy :)

Cooking time - 30 mins

Prep time - 180 mins

Serves - 6

Ingredients

250 gms - Dark/Bitter Chocolate

70 gms - Butter

1/2 Cup - Cream

2 normal size pkts - Mc Vities Digestive Biscuit

1 Cup - Chopped Roasted Nuts

Method

  1. Microwave the chocolate and cream together for 40-45 secs.

  2. Add butter to the mixture and whisk it and keep aside.

  3. Crumble the biscuits in a separate bowl and add the roasted nuts, after mixing them up add the melted chocolate and ensure that it covers all the biscuits.

  4. In an aluminium baking tin spread the mixture and ensure to press it from top to make it smooth and refrigerate for 1 hour. (Use Butter Paper in the tin).

  5. Once it is set pour the leftover melted chocolate ganache on top of it and again refrigerate it for 1 and 1/2 hour.

  6. Decorate it with toppings of your choice (Roasted Nuts/ Gems etc

  7. Now the cake is all set to be served. Just Microwave it for 10 secs before serving.
