Dried Lebne

This is SOO easy to make and looks and tastes amazing. Great to make for the holidays, entertaining, or just good ol breakfast :) I have step by step photos on the site www.sweetpillar.com

INGREDIENTS

yogurt salt

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Pour yogurt and salt in cheese cloth and colander
  2. Wait for 2 days for it to drain all the liquid
  3. Form into balls on kitchen paper towel
  4. Roll in herbs (optional, I used sumac, dried mint, black sesame, cinnamon, and zaatar)
  5. Store in a jar with olive oil. Does NOT have to be refrigerated because all the liquid has been drained and the olive oil acts protects it from spoiling.

bon appetit
