Anyone have a recipe for making the brown sauce that usually accompanies this dish? I've tried the black bean curd and sauces in the usual supermarket, but they taste nothing like it.
Actually, I'd be happy with a good brown sauce recipe, and then I could add dried black beans myself, as well as making it hot and spicy.
