Healthy Fish Ball Filipino Style Recipe

Ingredients:

1 cup all-purpose flour

1 kg of white fish fillet or round scad fish -3/4 cup carrots (grated) 3/4 cup potatoes (grated)

1/2 cup soy sauce

2 raw eggs

1 tsp pepper

1 tsp salt

Oil for frying

How to prepare:

  1. Combine fish fillet to grated potatoes, carrots and all dry ingredients.

  2. Mix the soy sauce to the fish fillet mixture and stir making sure that it is equally distributed

  3. Beat eggs and pour it to the fillet mixture. Eggs will help to hold ingredients together.

  4. Scoop a tablespoon of the mixture and form in into balls by using your clean hands. Be sure to put flour on your palm so the mixture will not stick.

  5. Put the pan on slow fire until heat.

  6. Pour enough amount of oil until it boils. Make sure that the oil will cover enough the fish balls while frying.

  7. Deep fry the fish balls until it becomes golden brown.

  8. Just fry few fish balls at a time to make uniform color.

  9. Drain excess oil.
