I have green cabbage and noodles, would it be wise to combine it in a stir fry?

I'm trying to use up my produce and I have noodles (chajang kuk-soo, which are starchy korean noodles), green cabbage, carrots, red pepper and various spices and sauces. I've always used asian cabbage in my recipes with noodles but have never tried green cabbage before, do you think it would be wise or would it taste like shit? I'm just asking before hand so I don't end up wasting food. Thanks!
