So I was gonna make the usual crockpot meatballs with bbq and a porter style beer, but I found a recipe using ketchup instead of bbq sauce and it calls for 24oz of beer. The type of beer used wasn’t specified, so I was wondering what type of beer would go well mixed with ketchup and sitting with my meatballs in a crockpot for a few hours?
