First I’d like to apologize for the format, I’m on mobile. The other day I went to a new restaurant and decided I wanted to try something new. I ended up ordering chicken tarragon with egg noodles, egg plant, and tomatoes and I instantly fell in love. The sauce was very interesting because it definitely had turmeric and possibly a small amount of curry in it. The friend I was with mentioned that the sauce was a bit thinner than what she is use to for this dish.
I’ve looked at quite a few recipes since then and I can’t find any that come close to what I had. Does anyone have any recommendations for a recipe that comes close to this or could be altered to emulate it? Any advice or recommendation is much appreciated!
