HELP!! My gf and I are trying to make a Mexican Chocolate (mole-ish) pumpkin pie for Thanksgiving and we need help with the amounts for the spices!!!!

So this is what we are planning:

  • A graham cracker crust with cinnamon and cacao in it.
  • Pumpkin filling (already have the recipe)
  • Alternating with a Chocolate pie filling that is inspired by mole/Mexican hot cocoa.

Any tips on the Chocolate pie filling so that it doesn't get weird and ratio and amounts of the spices would be incredibly helpful!!
