I'm 22 and just moved away from home for the first time. I went to college in my home town and lived at home. My family is being amazing and coming to us for Thanksgiving since we couldn't afford to travel home for both Thanksgiving and Christmas, and I REALLY want to impress her. I know she's happy for me but I also know that she's worried how I am because we don't talk much (due to my work schedule) and I just want to show her that I'm doing well here. She is coming this weekend so I really need to get it right.
