Hi Reddit,
I'm looking for some easy sides to accompany a whole range of meals. I don't like potatoes (yeah I know it's weird, I get told so frequently) and don't eat them in any form, chips, mash, roast, crisps etc. I usually do rice or pasta as an alternative for myself if I'm doing potatoes for everyone else, but I'm getting a little bored of them.
Does anyone have any alternatives that I could begin doing? I'm especially looking for something low effort, as on busy days when I'd just put in some oven chips I don't want to spend an extra 20 minutes prepping pasta and a sauce for myself. Even if I can pre prep and freeze something and then finish it off on the day that would be useful. I'm really running out of ideas
