Make-ahead Thanksgiving dishes?

This year I'm traveling for Thanksgiving and I would like to make something at home that I can bring with me, without any guarantee of being able to use any kitchen implements once I get there.

What are some things that I could make on Tuesday night and bring to the meal on Thursday?

My first thought was pie or some other dessert, which would probably be fine waiting a day and a half. But what about sides/appetizers?
