I've tried plenty of recipes from working in a restaurant to at home and this one is the best IMO. Obviously Kenji is the man and everything he puts out seems to be amazing, so if you already know then you know. For anyone who's not familiar or just has not seen this recipe before, its the bomb. I really like the fact that the bbq sauce is incorporated and not a separate recipe. Don't skip the Bourbon flambe part.
