6 Week Fitness/Diet Challenge: Pork Tenderloin Recipe Help

Hi Everyone,

I'm doing this six week fitness challenge with my local gym, and they've given us a pretty comprehensive diet plan (as far as portions, dos and don'ts, etc.) with a lot of nice recipes, but a lot of the recipes call for something like "6 oz cooked pork". We're supposed to use pork tenderloins, and last week I tried to create my own spice rub for said tendorloin and grilled it, and I was not too happy with the result. I want to try oven baking the tenderloins this week, so I'm wondering if anyone has any suggestions for a dry spice rub? The diet is essentially sugar free, so no brown sugar, and very low in fat so I'd like to avoid anything with olive oil and take my nightly fat intake with half an avocado, or adding olive oil to the salad, etc. Thanks for the help!
