A savory meal that stretches

Ingredients:

1 pound ground beef 1 box family size beef Rice-a-roni 1 packet Lipton's Beefy Onion soup 1 15 oz. can mushrooms 1 bag frozen veggies

Directions:

Brown the ground beef and set aside.

Follow the instructions for the rice , but add the Lipton's with the seasoning pack.

You will need a stock pot for the next phase.

Put the cooked rice and beef into the pot.

Add mushrooms and stir

Add veggies and stir. I prefer broccoli, cauliflower and carrots, pre-steamed.

This can feed about 6 people ( or me three times)
