Question about marinating boneless chicken breast

I set up marinating chicken breast yesterday - in fresh lemon & olive oil, garlic, etc. - intending to grill it 2 hours later. I got unexpectedly called out. Didn't get back until late. It's been 24 hours now - is it even worth it to cook that? Or is it going to fall apart from sitting in that marinade for so long?
