Trying to figure out this amazing dish I had at a Chinese Buffet that closed down

So whenever I went there, I ate as much of it as I could, and when they closed my heart broke because it might’ve been one of the greatest things I’ve ever had. It was cheap, simple, but I couldn’t figure it out.

It was pretty much chopped up fish or scallops of some kind with corn that was put into a scallop shell, topped with mayo and broiled until the mayo almost looked like a merengue. Please someone help lol
