Hot Dog Bar

For a summer BBQ, fry up enough 12" red hot dogs 3/4" thick sausages for your guests on brioche hot dog buns (with roasted cooled cabbage 'buns' instead for those who prefer), then set up a cart with these toppings:

candied jalapeno

fruit at the bottom strawberry yogurt

ground jellybeans

honey mustard

sauerkraut

candied bacon

cheese curds

hot sauce (varieties)

red pepper marmalade

turkey chili

strawberry tomato chutney

brie cheese cubes

alfalfa sprouts

rice crispies

blooming onion petals

thousand island dressing

peanut oil fried chicken breast (diced)
