I’m a pretty novice-mediocre chef but i’m going on a trip with in-laws soon and I need to impress them with some good cooking. We’ll be on the beach and they’re classic white/americans so i feel safe with maybe italian or southern comfort food. Basically absolutely anything as long as it’s not too spicy.
