My mom used to make this amazing potato salad with vinegar and sugar (and I'm not sure what else). It was a whipped salad....like mashed potatoes but served cold. I'm having a pot luck at work and would love to bring it. I've searched on-line but can't find anything. Does anyone have a recipe like this?
