I had a type of rice puddings years ago that was like jello but it used cornmeal type rice. It wasn't very sweet but it was served with black cherrys. It was thick & when cut with a spoon it kept it's shape like jello. It was made by a German girl in my class. Since then I haven't found that recipe anywhere to recreate it. Does this sound like something I could find? Any ideas help.
