This is my all time favourite food. I know that it's usually made with cheap beef marinated for a long time to make it super soft and just barely cooked but i'm having real trouble with the sauce.
All the recipes I've tried are combinations of OK sauce or Oyster sauce and not a single one matches what you might get in a restaurant.
If anyone has a real/authentica/take-away/restaurant style recipe for this can you please share ?
