REQUEST: I've looked for recipes for a Meatloaf and was quite deceived by the ones I've seen... Who's got the best/different/almost exotic meatloaf recipe?

The recipes I've seen are all similar using only few basic ingredients like ketchup, sugar, onions, egg & meat, etc. (which is fine by the way...) Maybe I'm just looking for something a bit different than what momma (that likes bland food) use to make. I have a big portion of grounded beef/veal/pork and want to use it for a great and special meatloaf. I'm now looking for fellow redditors help! Cheers
