**Ukrainian vodka with horseradish "Khrenovukha"**

The original recipe for Ukrainian vodka with horseradish "Khrenovukha". Surprise your friends with original taste. It goes well with meat dishes. It can be used as an aperitif. It increases appetite.

Ingredients

  • 500 ml of vodka
  • 2 pieces of horseradish root (2 x 10 cm)
  • 50 ml of honey

Directions

  • Horseradish root peel and cut into circles of 5-7 mm thick.
  • Chopped horseradish root to put in a bottle.
  • Pre-diluted in 100-150 ml honey vodka and pour back into the bottle.
  • Insist mixture in a warm place (20-25 degrees Celsius) 5-7 days.
  • Before use to cool to 5-7 degrees Celsius.
  • Enjoy the original taste!

Note: For long-term storage after 7 days tincture - filter the drink and pour it into a new bottle.
