TITLE: Green teapot salmon with ginger lime sauce:
Ingredients required:----
- Ten cups of water
- The juice of one or two limes
- Five tablespoons of honey
- Four pieces of freshly chopped ginger and peppercorns
- Salt as per taste
- Four to six tablespoon of loose green tea
- Pieces of salmons
How to prepare:----
- Boil water and add the juice of one and a half limes to it.
- Gradually, add honey, ginger, salt, and peppercorns.
- Boil this mixture over medium-high heat.
- Let the water simmer for another 10 minutes and let the flavors of the ingredients blend well.
- At the end, add the green tea along with the salmon pieces and cover it for 6-7 minutes for it to cook properly. Meanwhile, take another pot, heat a half cup of water, adding to the zest of the lime with a teaspoon of honey.
- Cook this mixture until the liquid is reduced by two thirds. The sauce is now ready.
- Drizzle it over the salmon before serving.
