I'm planning on gifting myself an Instant Pot for Christmas (or not-so-subtly hinting to my husband to buy me one). But I've never used a pressure cooker before! So what are the best recipes to start out with? Bonus points for recipes I can make on Christmas Day to eat at our family lunch! Also, which Instant Pot model is the best for a newbie?
