With Christmas about a month away, it's time to make Christmas whiskey. Here is what you'll need:
-A bottle of lower shelf whiskey- like Old Smugglers or Canada Club. Nothing too expensive but not too cheap either.
-Three to four sticks of cinnamon
-Tablespoon of honey
-One jalapeño (optional)
Open up the bottle of whiskey. Pour yourself two fingers to make room in the bottle.
Add all the ingredients and replace the lid securely.
Let the bottle sit unopened until the week of Christmas. During this waiting time, every couple of days, hold the bottle upside down until the cinnamon and honey fall down to the mouth of the bottle. Once this happens, turn the bottle right side up.
When the week of Christmas comes, open and enjoy neat.
