[Help] Moved to Aus from the US. Am living in a hostel with only a stove, and want to make a good thanksgiving-like dish for my Irish friends I've met

Basically the title. We're all getting together and making a dish to share tonight and I wanted to see if you guys have any recommendations for a good Thanksgiving-style OR something that's wicked tasty that you just have to use a stove for.
