Does anything beat a great T-bone steak? The answer is, of course, nope. Well, how about an amber ale marinated and grilled T-bone steak? All my life I’ve been looking for ways to improve the T-bone, and this simple marinade using the LouLou Amber Ale from Lolo Peak Brewing kicks the steak up a notch. The only issue was the rain is pouring down and the Packers were in the midst of falling to the Broncos. At least, the steak was awesome.
