Bomb Ass Tomater Soup

I am a American expat in Europe. My local grocery store has campbell's tomato soup, but I think I can make it better.

  • 1 can (in Germany we got um in boxes) of diced tomatoes.
  • 1 can of tomato puree
  • 1 onion
  • 1 stalk of celery
  • about 4 Tbsp. of brown suga
  • half cup of cream
  • half cup of creme fraiche
  • healthy shakes of parsley, basil, S & P
  1. Dice yo onion, chop yo celery.
  2. Stir in yo tomater fixings
  3. Get it hot. Then take a beef broth of bouillion dump on that ish.
  4. Add Brown suga to combat the acidity. I used the brown stuff cause I wanted to get sassy
  5. Add basil (i like to add lots 'o that bidnis), S & P (i go heavy on the P). Get your cream mixed into it.
  6. Parsley to garnish. Best served on a rainy day with some grilled cheese.

If you don't include the sammich, you might only feed two adults. Add the gooey goodness and I bet you could feed a family of four.
