Hello! I have been trying to make a cheddar cheese sauce but i always seem to fail in making it. I used the following recipe: - Melt Butter - add flour - wait few minutes on low heat - add milk, again wait few minutes - turn heat off and slowly add cheese
The product i end up with is usually very watery and filled with small bits of cheese.
Can someone tell me a step by step fool-proof cheddar cheese sauce recipe? Would be really appreciate it.
